摘 要:针对锦丰金矿软弱破碎岩体原中深孔回采过程中存在的采矿损失贫化大、作业安全性差等问题,提出采用分段分条中深孔回采工艺,并开展了现场工业试验。通过采用中深孔一次成井、凿岩爆破参数优化等技术取得了较好的试验效果,生产能力提高到375 t/d,采矿损失率降低为9.2%,矿石贫化率为10.3%,采矿损失贫化指标改善明显,对国内外类似条件的矿山开采有着指导意义。The mining loss is big and the operation safety is poor when the previous medium long hole recovery process was used in Jinfeng Gold Mine to mine the fragile and broken rock mass.So,the paper proposes to use sectioned and stripped medium long hole recovery process and carries out field industrial tests.Good experimental effect is achieved by applying shaft-sinking-by-single-medium-long-hole-blasting technique and drilling blasting parameters optimization.The operation capacity is increased to 375 t/d,the mining loss rate is reduced to 9.2 %,ore dilution rate is 10.3 %.The mining loss and dilution are greatly improved.The research has guiding significance to mines with similar conditions at home and abroad.
