微创经皮接骨板技术在下肢骨折中的应用价值分析

摘　　要：目的:探究下肢骨折手术治疗过程中,微创经皮接骨板(M I P P O)治疗的应用价值.方法:选取2016年6月—2018年6月我院收治的下肢骨折患者116例,随机分为对照组(切复内固定)与观察组(行M i p p o微创术)各58例,对比两组围术期指标、恢复时间、不良反应.结果:观察组术中出血量(90.12±13.37)ml、手术时间(75.63±18.94)min少于对照组的(130.38±18.54)ml、(120.41±9.35)min,差异显著(P<0.05);观察组患者临床愈合时间(9.86±1.09)周、骨痂出现时间(6.01±0.32)周、骨性愈合时间(10.02±1.21)周短于对照组的(11.93±1.47)周、(8.19±0.44)周、(12.66±1.78)周,差异显著(P<0.05);观察组A O F A S评分(88.91±4.89)分高于对照组的(82.57±7.33)分,优良率(96.55%)高于对照组(84.48%);两组患者并发症发生率对比,无显著差异(P>0.05).结论:下肢骨折患者行微创经皮接骨板治疗有助于减少患者创伤,缩短手术治疗时间,术后患者愈合更快,治疗效果更佳,具有较高安全性,值得推广.Objective To explore the application value of minimally invasive percutaneous plate osteosynthesis (Mippo) in the surgical treatment of lower limb fractures. Methods From June 2016 to June 2018,116 patients with lower limb fracture were randomly divided into the control group (resection and internal fixation) and the observation group (Mippo micro-wound surgery),and the perioperative indicators,recovery time,adverse events and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results The bleeding amount of observation group (90.12±13.37)m 1,operation time (75.63±18.94) min were superior to control group (130.38118.54) ml,(120.41±9.35) min,P< 0.05;Observation group of patients clinical healing time (9.86±1.09) weeks,callus appeared time (6.0110.32] weeks,osseous healing time (10.02±1.21) weeks shorter than the control group (11.93±1.47) weeks,(8.19±0.44) weeks,(12.66± 1.78) weeks P < 0.05;Observation group AO FAS score (88.91±4.89) points was higher than the control group (82.57±7.33) points,fine rate (96.55%) was higher than the control group (84.48%).The incidence of complications in the two groups was compared with P > 0.05.Conclusion Minimally invasive percutaneous plate osteosynthesis treatment for patients with lower limb fractures is helpful to reduce the trauma of patients, shorten the surgical treatment time, heal faster in postoperative patients, have better treatment effect, and have higher safety which is worthy of promotion.
