摘 要:波斯湾是“海上丝路”的一个重要节点,中国-波斯湾航线承担了中国海上石油运输量的一半左右,是中国能源进口的生命线.本文从欧洲中期天气预报中心下载精度为0.125,时间间隔为6小时的波高数据,统计分析了2012—2013年波斯湾风浪场的特征.结果表明:波斯湾第二季度波高极值(接近3m)和有效波高均值(0.6m)均高于其他季度,第一、第三、第四季度的有效波高均值均小于0.6m.通过统计分析得到比较准确的统计分析结果,掌握波斯湾波浪的分布规律,为波斯湾海域的港口建设和航运安全提供技术支持.In practical applications,when the switching power supply is not working,some interference signals are still transmitted to the low-voltage output side through the coupling path on the high-voltage input side,which is a coupling attenuation phenomenon of electromagnetic interference. At present,there is no test method for coupling power supply coupling attenuation. Based on this,this paper proposes a test method based on switching power supply for high and low voltage coupling attenuation. The interference signal is injected into the high voltage input side of the switching power supply by means of a coupling/decoupling network. The interfering signal is coupled to the low voltage output side by parasitic parameters in the electronic component or Circuit. The receiver is used to measure the voltage on the low-voltage output side to obtain the high-low-voltage coupling attenuation characteristic curve of the switching power supply in the case of power failure. The experimental results show that the coupled attenuation test method proposed in this paper is feasible,and it perfects the electromagnetic compatibility test technology. According to the BS-EN-50289-1-6 standard,it is recommended that the high-low voltage coupling attenuation coefficient of the switching power supply is not less than 60 dB.
