机构知识库可持续发展影响因素述评

摘　　要：机构知识库建设发展近二十年,如何才能可持续,不仅是研究热点,也已成为无法回避的现实命题。本文在梳理国内外相关研究成果的基础上,从影响因素、因素关系模型和实施策略三方面对IR可持续发展研究进行总结和述评,指出IR建设发展过程是在不断完善IR本体的同时,改变各相关方主观认知、改造客观环境的过程。机构知识库建设是否可持续由上述三方面共同决定。在建设IR本体的同时,要重视与相关利益方的互利共建以及与现实环境机制的融合共生。There has been about 20 years since Institutional Repository occurred.How to make it sustainable is not only a research hot spot,but also an unavoidable realistic proposition.On the basis of overviews of the relevant research results at home and abroad,this paper summarizes and reviews the research on sustainable development of IR from three aspects:impact factors,factor relationship models and implementation strategies.It is pointed out that the development process of IR is a process of changing the subjective cognition and transforming the objective environment while constantly improving the IR ontology.Whether an IR can be sustainable development is also determined by the above three aspects.While building the IR ontology,we should attach importance to mutually beneficial co-construction with relevant stakeholders and to the integration with the realistic environment.
