时间管理与安全执行力度的关系探索

摘　　要：为探寻时间管理对生产、生活中安全落实的重要意义,运用文献分析法、归纳法和问卷调查法,研究了时间管理对安全执行力度的作用机理和模式。分析了时间管理的安全内涵和作用于安全执行方面的方式,构建出时间管理-安全管理-安全目标落地的结构模型、时间管理优先级模型和时间管理效能与安全管理执行间的博弈模型,提炼出时间管理在安全管理工作中体现出的8大特性和与之对应的8大功能,并陈述相关建议。结果表明,时间管理对安全管理执行力度波动具有一定正向推动作用,并促进了安全目标落地,能够成为安全工作执行中的内在驱动力并有效引导安全管理工作倾向于安全性。To explore the significance of time management for the implementations of safety in production and life,literature analysis,induction and questionnaire survey were used to study the mechanism and mode of time management in the implementation of safety.We analyzed the safety connotation of time management and the way it acted on safety execution,and constructed the structure model of time management-security management-security target landing,time management priority model and game model between time management efficiency and safety management execution.We abstracted 8 features and 8 corresponding functions of time management in safety management,and presented some suggestions.The results show that time management plays a positive role in promoting the fluctuation of safety management execution intensity,and promotes the implementation of safety objectives.Time management can become the internal driving force in the implementation of safety work and effectively guide the safety management work towards safety.
