摘　　要：针灸作为我国传统临床诊疗方法 ,在现代临床应用与机制研究方面也在不断增加、扩展,很多研究成果也已引起世界的广泛重视。本文就功能磁共振技术在针刺中枢机制研究中的应用现状,针灸在脑卒中、尿失禁、不孕不育及青光眼中的治疗进展,以及针刺麻醉等方面进行梳理,希望更加科学合理地应用针灸治疗。As a traditional clinical diagnosis and treatment method in China,acupuncture and moxibustion has been increasing and expanding in modern clinical application and mechanism research.A lot of research results have already attracted worldwide attention.This paper will review from the following aspects:the application status of functional magnetic resonance imaging in the study of acupuncture central mechanism,the treatment progress of acupuncture and moxibustion in stroke,uroclepsia,infertility and glaucoma,and the acupuncture anesthesia,hoping that acupuncture and moxibustion can be used more scientifically and rationally.
