摘　　要：目的了解及分析青壮年初治肺结核患者焦虑状况,为临床护理提供依据。方法选择首都医科大学附属北京胸科医院结核科2018年3月1日~6月30日新入院的18~45岁的初治肺结核患者96例为研究对象,并通过问卷形式,使用焦虑自评量表(SAS)调查其焦虑状况并分析其原因。结果96例青壮年住院初治肺结核患者SAS得分与我国常模比较,差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01),不同住院费用支付方式患者SAS得分比较,自费患者焦虑程度高于公费患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论青壮年初治肺结核患者焦虑评分高于我国常模,而经常性的不良情绪可使免疫力下降,病情进一步恶化,形成恶性循环,从而延误治疗,应引起重视。Objective To understand and analyze the anxiety status of young and middle-age patients with pulmonary tuberculosis initially treated,and to provide evidence for clinical nursing.Methods A total of 96 newly diagnosed pulmonary tuberculosis patients aged 18-45 years old who were admitted to the Department of Tuberculosis,Beijing Chest Hospital,Capital Medical University,from March 1 to June 30,2018,were selected as subjects,and through the form of questionnaires,the anxiety status was investigated with the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and the reasons were analyzed.Results The SAS anxiety scores of 96 newly diagnosed hospitalized young and middle-age patients with pulmonary tuberculosis were statistically significantly different from those in China(P<0.01).The SAS anxiety scores of patients with self-paying was higher than that in patients with public medical care,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The anxiety score of young and middle-age patients with pulmonary tuberculosis initially treated is higher than that of the national level.The frequent negative emotions can reduce the immunity and further worsen the disease,thus forming a vicious circle and delaying treatment,which should be paid attention to.
