摘  要:本文采用培养皿滤纸法,初步测定了番茄茎叶水提取液对番茄、茄子、辣椒、黄瓜、白菜、油菜和花椰菜7种蔬菜的化感作用。结果表明,番茄茎叶水提液具有自毒作用,在0.005、0.01、0.02和0.04g·mL^-1浓度时均显著抑制种子萌发、根的生长,而对茎的生长表现低促高抑作用,在0.04g·mL^-1时显著抑制茎生长,抑制率达50.0%。在0.02g·mL^-1番茄茎叶水提液就可显著抑制7种蔬菜种子萌发;在0.005~0.04g·mL^-1时,显著促进辣椒、花椰菜幼苗茎的生长,显著抑制黄瓜幼苗茎的生长,对其他蔬菜幼苗茎的生长表现低促高抑浓度效应;在相同浓度范围内,显著抑制根的生长,但在0.005、0.01g·mL^-1时显著促进辣椒根生长,促进生长率分别达77.9%、49.0%。试验结果可为番茄地的连作、轮作、间作,以及以番茄茎叶为原料开发植物源除草剂提供试验参考。Allelopathic effects of aquatic extracts from tomato stems and leaves were preliminarily tested by culture plate and filter paper method on 7 species vegetables,including tomato,eggplant,peppers,cucumber,Chinese cabbage,rape and cauliflower. The results indicated that the aquatic extracts from tomato stems and leaves had autotoxicity. Tomato seed germination and root growth were significantly inhibited at all tested concentrations of 0.005,0.01,0.02 and 0.04 g·mL^-1 . But tomato seedling stem growth was promoted under lower concentrations and inhibited under higher concentrations,with inhibitory rate 50% at 0.04 g·mL^-1 . The aquatic extracts could significantly inhibited all tested vegetable seed germination at 0.02 g·mL^-1 . Under 0.005~0.04 g·mL^-1 ,peppers and cauliflower stem growth were notably promoted,cucumber stem growth was notably inhibited,and the effects on other vegetable stem growth were similar with tomato stem. All treated vegetables’ root growth except peppers were significantly inhibited. At 0.005 g·mL^-1 and 0.01 g·mL^-1 ,peppers root growth was promoted,with promoting rate 77.9% and 49.0%,respectively. The experiment results could supply references to tomato continuous cropping,rotation cropping and intercropping with other vegetables,and botanical herbicide researching and developing from tomato stems and leaves.
