摘　　要：【目的】运用Delphi法构建天津市大学生健康素养评价指标体系。【方法】依据Delphi法选取18位专家并对其进行问卷调查。【结果】专家的平均年龄为37.72岁,平均从事专业年限为(12.44±1.25)年,66.67%的专家为硕士及以上学历;2轮咨询表回收率均在90.0%以上,专家的权威程度系数为0.81。经过2轮咨询后,专家的协调系数为0.173,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。根据指标筛选标准,最终筛选出59个评价天津市大学生健康素养的指标。【结论】专家选取符合要求,积极性较高,权威程度、意见的集中程度和协调程度较好,筛选出的指标能够较好地反映天津市大学生的实际需求,符合构建天津市大学生健康素养评价指标体系的需要。【Objective】To establish the evaluation indicators for health literacy in Tianjin by using the Delphi method.【Methods】According to the Delphi method, 18 experts were selected for a questionnaire survey.【Results】The average age of the experts was 37.72, and their average working years were(12.44±1.25). There were 66.67% of the experts with Master’s degree or above. The return rates of consultation sheets for two rounds of consultation were over 90.0%, and the authority coefficient of the experts were 0.81. After the two rounds of consultation, the coordination coefficient of the experts was 0.173, and its difference between the two rounds was statistically significant(P<0.001). According to the screening criteria, a total of 59 indicators reflecting the college students’ health literacy in Tianjin were finally selected.【Conclusion】The selection of the experts is in compliance with the standards. The experts are highly active and authoritative, and their opinions are unified and coordinated. The screened indicators can better reflect the actual requirements of the college students in Tianjin and are suitable for establishing the evaluation indicator system for college students’ health literacy in Tianjin.
