摘　　要：草酸艾司西酞普兰是一种新型的选择性5-羟色胺再摄取抑制剂。因疗效确切、适应范围广、耐受性安全性好、不良反应少,目前已成为全球广为应用的抗抑郁一线用药。它不仅有着良好的抗抑郁作用,在广泛性焦虑、惊恐障碍、创伤后应激障碍及认知功能障碍等方面均显示一定的疗效。现就草酸艾司西酞普兰的药理学特点和临床应用做一综述。Escitalopram oxalate is a novel selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor.It has become a first-line anti-depressant drug widely used in the world because of the exact curative efficacy,wide range of adaptation,good tolerance to safety and few adverse reactions.It not only has a good antidepressant effect,but also shows certain efficacy in the treatment of general anxiety,panic disorder,posttraumatic stress disorder and cognitive dysfunction.This article reviewed the pharmacological characteristics and clinical application of escitalopram oxalate.
