摘　　要：排污许可制度对流域水环境保护起着至关重要的作用。在整理分析沙颍河流域畜禽养殖粪污处理利用现状的基础上,提出国家排污许可分类管理名录(2017年版)在流域规模化畜禽养殖业应用存在问题,并进行分析。Discharge permit system plays an important role in water environment protection of river basin.Based on the analysis of the status quo of treatment and utilization of livestock and poultry manure in Shaying River Basin,the problems existing in the application of national pollution discharge permit classification management directory( 2017 edition) in large-scale livestock and poultry breeding industry in the basin were proposed and analyzed.
