摘　　要：大学生党员作为大学生群体的优秀分子,承担着知识学习、传播与创新的重要责任。主动适应新形势的要求,结合医学专业人才培养特点,加强和改进学生党建工作,是保证学生党员队伍健康,打造基层党支部战斗堡垒,充分发挥学生党员的先锋模范作用,探索高教改革下培养全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人的重大需要。As the outstanding of university student group,university student party member bear the important responsibility of knowledge learning, dissemination and innovation. Taking the initiative to adapt to the new situation,combined with the characteristics of medical personnel training, Strengthen and improve party building among students, is a major need to ensure the health of student party members and building a combat fort for the party branch at the grassroots level and giving full play to the vanguard and exemplary role of student party members of training qualified talents under the exploring of the reform of higher education.
