摘 要:目的:研究"药食同源"型诺丽酵素对小鼠胃肠道动力的影响。方法:实验分雌、雄两组平行展开,每组25只小鼠随机分为空白组(蒸馏水:10 mL·kg^-1)、阳性组(莫沙必利:0.003 g·kg^-1)和小剂量组(诺丽酵素:2.1 mL·kg^-1)、中剂量组(诺丽酵素:4.2 mL·kg^-1)及大剂量组(诺丽酵素:8.4 mL·kg^-1)。饲养14 d后,作胃排空实验以及肠推进功能检测。结果:①与对照组相比较,诺丽酵素灌胃不会影响小鼠的正常生长和体重增加。②在一定剂量范围内,诺丽酵素能有效降低小鼠血脂总胆固醇含量和血脂甘油三酯水平。③不同剂量的诺丽酵素对于促进小肠推进、加快胃肠蠕动的效果不同,尤其是中、大剂量组的影响效果最差。结论:诺丽酵素一定程度上可以改善雌鼠的胃动力,而对雄鼠胃动力作用的影响效果不明显,有待进一步深入研究诺丽酵素的功效成分和胃动力作用机制。Objective:To research the effects of"drug-food homologous"noni fruit enzymes on the gastrointestinal motility of mice.Methods:The experimental mice were divided into two groups:male and female,twenty-five mice in each group were randomly divided into blank control group(deionized water:10.0 mL·kg^-1),positive control group(mosapride:0.003 g·kg^-1),low-dose group(noni fruit enzymes:2.1 mL·kg^-1),medium-dose group(noni fruit enzymes:4.2 mL·kg^-1),large-dose group(noni fruit enzymes:8.4 mL·kg^-1).After 14 days of feeding,gastric emptying test and intestinal propulsion function test were performed.Results:①Compared with control group,gastric Noni fruit enzymes did not affect normal growth and weight gain in mice.②Noni fruit enzymes can effectively reduce the total cholesterol and triglyceride levels of blood lipids in mice Within a certain dose range.③The effects of different doses of Noni fruit enzymes on promoting small intestine propulsion and accelerating gastrointestinal peristalsis were not good,In particular the medium and high dose groups had the worst effect.Conclusion:Noni fruit enzymes can improve Gastrointestinal motility in female mice to some extent,However the effect on Gastrointestinal motility in male mice was not obvious,Further studies are needed on the functional components and Gastrointestinal motility of Noni fruit enzymes.
