摘　　要：王孟庸教授在治疗肾脏、内分泌及代谢性疾病等方面积累了丰富经验,临床善于运用赤小豆当归散衍生的当归连翘赤小豆汤治疗具有湿、热、瘀阻滞的病证。本方药物少,入血分且药性趋下,具有清热利湿、活血解毒功效,王教授灵活运用此方治疗反复发作泌尿系感染、慢性盆腔炎、月经失调等疾病,疗效显著,且避免长期应用西药出现的不良反应,并可降低慢性反复发作疾病的复发次数,改善患者预后,拓展了经方赤小豆当归散的应用范围。Professor WANG Mengyong has accumulated rich experience in the treatment of kidney, endocrine and metabolic diseases. She is good at using Danggui Lianqiao Chixiaodou Decoction which is made of Chixiaodou Danggui Powder to treat syndromes of dampness, heat, and blood stasis. Danggui Lianqiao Chixiaodou Decoction contains a small amount of medicine which can clear heat and promote diuresis, move blood stasis and clear toxins. The medicinal properties of these medicines tend to go under and go into the blood. Professor WANG flexibly uses Danggui Lianqiao Chixiaodou Decoction in the treatment of recurrent urinary tract infections, chronic pelvic inflammation, and menstrual disorder, which has achieved obvious efficacy, effectively avoided adverse reactions, reduced the risk of recurrence, and improved patient prognosis. It also expands the application range of Chixiaodou Danggui Powder.
