加味六君子汤联合清热祛浊胶囊对痰湿瘀热型2型糖尿病患者炎性因子水平及生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨加味六君子汤联合清热祛浊胶囊对痰湿瘀热型2型糖尿病患者炎性因子水平及生活质量的影响。方法:选取2016年1月至2017年12月河北省沧州中西医结合医院收治的痰湿瘀热型2型糖尿病患者200例,以随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组100例。对照组患者给予清热祛浊胶囊治疗,观察组患者在对照组的基础上加用加味六君子汤。观察两组患者血糖[空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 hPG)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)和胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)]、C反应蛋白(CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)及白细胞介素6(IL-6)水平,健康调查简表评分,临床疗效和不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后,观察组患者FPG、2 hPG、FINS及HOMA-IR水平明显低于对照组;血清CRP、TNF-α、IL-6水平及中医证候积分明显优于对照组;躯体功能、躯体角色、总体健康及活力评分明显高于对照组,上述差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的总有效率为88.00%(88/100),明显高于对照组的74.00%(74/100),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组、对照组患者不良反应发生率分别为9.00%(9/100)、15.00%(15/100),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:加味六君子汤联合清热祛浊胶囊可缓解痰湿瘀热型2型糖尿病患者的临床症状,调节血糖,减轻机体炎症反应,改善患者生活质量。OBJECTIVE: To probe into the effect of additive Liujunzi decoction combined with Qingrequzhuo capsule on inflammatory factor and living quality of patients with type Ⅱ diabetes of phlegm-damp and stagnant-heat. METHODS: 200 patients with type Ⅱ diabetes of phlegm-damp and stagnant-heat admitted into Cangzhou Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital from Jan. 2016 to Dec. 2017 were selected and divided into observation group and control group via random number table, with 100 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Qingrequzhuo capsule, while the observation group was given additive Liujunzi decoction based on the control group. The blood glucose levels [fasting plasma glucose(FPG), 2 h postprandial plasma glucose(2 hPG), fasting insulin(FINS) and insulin resistance index(HOMA-IR)], C-reactive protein(CRP), tumor necrosis factor α(TNF-α), interleukin-6(IL-6) level, health survey summary scores, clinical efficacy and incidences of adverse drug reactions of two groups were observed. RESULTS: After treatment, the FPG, 2 hPG, FINS and HOMA-IR levels of observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group;the serum CRP, TNF-α, IL-6 levels and scores of TCM syndromes were significantly better than those of the control group;scores of physical function, role physical, general health and vitality of observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05). The total effective rate of observation group was 88.00%(88/100), which was significantly higher than that of the control group(74.00%, 74/100), with statistically significant difference(P<0.05);the incidences of adverse drug reactions of observation group and control group were respectively 9.00%(9/100) and 15.00%(15/100), the difference had no statistical significance(P>0.05). CONCLUSIONS: The combination of additive Liujunzi decoction and Qingrequzhuo capsule can relieve clinical symptoms of patients with type Ⅱ diabetes of phlegm-
