摘　　要：目的:探讨临床药师参与抗感染药物治疗的方式和效果。方法:临床药师深入临床,针对需抗感染治疗的患者,从药物的选择、严重感染治疗方案的优化和药品不良反应等角度综合分析,提出合理化用药建议,协助医师制订个体化用药方案。结果与结论:抗感染临床药师利用药学、微生物学等相关知识,参与临床用药,提出合理化建议,可为患者的合理用药保驾护航。OBJECTIVE: To investigate the ways and effects of clinical pharmacists’ participation in the treatment of anti-infective drugs. METHODS: Clinical pharmacists went deep into the clinic, comprehensively analyzed the patients with anti-infective treatment from the perspectives of drug selection, optimization of treatment regimen for severe infections and adverse drug reactions, and proposed rational drug recommendations to assist the clinicians in formulating individualized drug use regimen. RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS: Anti-infective clinical pharmacists participate into the clinical drug use and put forward reasonable suggestions by making use of relevant knowledge of pharmacy and microbiology, so as to escort the rational drug use of patients.
