护理安全管理在门诊心电监护拔牙治疗中的应用

摘　　要：随着人民生活水平的提高,对治疗的需求日益提高,门诊心电监护拔牙治疗为高龄及心血管疾病患者提供了改善、恢复口腔相关功能的机会。但随着患者年龄增高,心血管疾病病情复杂化,心电监护拔牙治疗风险逐渐增大,护理安全管理已成为心电监护下拔牙患者护理工作的重中之重。从患者、医务人员、环境三方面分析,找出导致护理安全问题的危险因素,加强护理人员防范意识,采取相应的防范措施,可减少门诊心电监护拔牙治疗护理不良事件的发生,为患者提供更加安全、优质的服务。With the improvement of quality of life and the increasing demand for treatment, the outpatient electrocardiogram monitoring in tooth extraction treatment provides an improve and restore oral functions opportunity for elderly patients and patients with cardiovascular diseases.However, with the age increases and the condition of cardiovascular disease of patients becomes more complicated, the risk of electrocardiogram monitoring in tooth extraction treatment increases. Thus the nursing safety management has become the central of the nursing work for tooth extraction patients under electrocardiogram monitoring. This article makes the three aspects analysis from the patients, medical workers and the environment to finds out the risk factors of the nursing safety issues, strengthens the nursing personnel guard consciousness, takes the corresponding guard measure.Those measures may reduce the occurrence of nursing adverse events in outpatient electrocardiogram monitor in tooth extraction treatment and provides safer, higher quality service to the patient.
