摘 要:以自动电位滴定仪为测量设备,铜离子选择电极为指示电极,Cu-EDTA溶液为指示剂,EDTA为滴定剂,考察了各试剂用量,得出镍钴锰合量的最佳测试条件:加入5mL盐酸羟胺溶液(20%),1mLCu-EDTA溶液(0.04mol/L)、10mL氨水-氯化铵缓冲溶液(pH=10)。该方法标准偏差为0.03,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.04%,加标回收率为98.65%和99.58%,较常规ICP法具有操作简单,自动化程度高,精密度更高的优点。The automatic potentiometric titrator is used as the measuring equipment. The copper ion selective electrode is used as the indicator electrode, the Cu-EDTA solution is used as the indicator, and the EDTA is the titrant. The dosage of each reagent is investigated, and the best test conditions for the nickel-cobalt-manganese combination are obtained.: 5 mL of hydroxylamine hydrochloride solution (20 %), 1 mL of Cu-EDTA solution (0.04 mol/L), and 10 mL of ammonia-ammonium chloride buffer solution (pH=10) were added. The standard deviation of the method is 0.02, the relative standard deviation (RSD) is 0.04 %, and the recovery of the standard addition are 98.65 % and 99.58 %. Compared with the conventional ICP method, the method has the advantages of simple operation, more automatic and accuracy.
