摘  要:为保证混凝土自锚式悬索桥各个构件的受力和变形在施工过程中的安全与合理,以主梁、桥塔、主缆线形和吊索无应力长度为主要控制参数,兼顾结构应力和吊索索力,并在对混凝土自锚式悬索桥进行平衡状态分析、施工全过程倒拆-正装分析的前提下,采用无应力几何控制法对某混凝土自锚式悬索桥进行施工全过程控制。研究结果表明:采用该方法控制后,混凝土自锚式悬索桥在施工过程中结构安全,误差在容许范围内;成桥状态下主梁和主缆线形较平顺,桥塔基本处于竖直状态,实测数据与理论分析结果吻合良好;吊索索力分布均匀,且安全系数均大于3;主梁和桥塔均处于全截面受压状态,具备一定的安全储备;无应力几何控制法中的控制参数直观性强,便于计算且操作简单,能够适用于混凝土自锚式悬索桥的施工控制中。In order to ensure the safety and rationality of stress and deformation of each member of concrete self-anchored suspension bridge during construction process. The structural stress and hanger force were also taken into account. On the premise of equilibrium state analysis and dismantiling-formal analysis for concrete self-anchored suspension bridge, the whole construction process control of a concrete self-anchored suspension bridge was conducted through unstressed geometric control method. The research results show that after controlled by this method, the structure is safe during the construction process and the errors are all within the allowable ranges. Under the completed bridge state, the alignment of main beam and main cable are smooth, and the pylon is in a vertical state. The measured data are in good agreement with the theoretical analysis. The cable force distribution is uniform, and the safety factor is more than 3. The main beam and pylon are all under the state of full section compression, and have certain safety reserves. The control parameters of unstressed geometric control method are intuitionistic, and easy to calculate and operate during the control process. It can be applied to the construction control of concrete self-anchored suspension bridge.
