摘　　要：在互联网环境下,研究生教育管理迎来了新机遇,也将带来新挑战。研究生生涯规划指导的内涵、对象、目标、要求也发生着巨大的变化,因此急需探索新路径和新方法。通过切入职业生涯发展阶段理论这个研究视角,探索在互联网环境下研究生生涯规划指导工作模式,有助于全面提升研究生能力素养。In the Internet environment, graduate education management has brought new opportunities as well as new challenges. The connotation, objects, goals and requirements of graduate career planning guidance have also undergone tremendous changes, so it is urgent to explore new paths and new methods. This paper explores the guiding mode of graduate career planning in the Internet environment from the research perspective of career development stage theory, hoping to comprehensively improve graduates’ ability and quality.
