我国钨业高质量发展的思考

摘　　要：文章从中国钨资源储量、钨矿采选产能产量、钨冶炼加工产能产量、钨品进出口、钨市场价格等5个方面分析了我国钨工业发展的现状,指出了中国钨工业存在的问题:资源、成本和环保约束增强;产业集中度低,行业竞争力不强;整体创新能力不强,行业质量和效益不高;中低端产能过剩,结构性矛盾依然突出。针对中国钨工业的发展现状、趋势及面临的挑战,作者探讨了高质量发展的基本思路和设想,提出了相关政策措施和建议。This paper analyzed the present situation of tungsten industry development in China from five aspects:reserves of tungsten resources, production of tungsten mining and processing, output of tungsten smelting and processing, import and export of tungsten products, and market price of tungsten. It also pointed out problems existing in China’s tungsten industry: increasing restraints on resources, costs and environmental protection;low industry concentration and weak industry competitiveness;weak overall innovation ability, poor quality and low efficiency;excess capacity in middle and low-end and serious structural contradictions. In view of the present situation, trend and challenges of tungsten industry in China, the author discussed the basic thoughts and hypotheses of high-quality development, and put forward relevant policy measures and suggestions.
