摘  要:介绍赣南钨矿山主要情况,总结了其开采特点。通过对赣南9座典型钨矿山通风系统进行实地调查和分析,查阅搜集其他钨矿山相关资料,分析了赣南钨矿山通风系统普遍存在深部通风系统不合理、网络复杂、采空区漏风严重、受自然风压影响明显及通风管理难等共性问题。应用3DVent仿真模拟系统,结合现场调查测定,提出了合理可行的技术方案,有效地改善了赣南某钨矿通风效果,有效风量率达69%,风速合格率达72%,风质合格率达93%,风机效率达83%。优化方法为其他赣南钨矿山通风系统改造,保障矿山安全有序生产提供思路。This paper introduces the main conditions of tungsten mines in southern Jiangxi and summarizes their mining characteristics. Through the field investigation and analysis of the ventilation system of 9 typical tungsten mines in southern Jiangxi, and collecting relevant data of other tungsten mines, this paper analyzes the common problems of the ventilation system of tungsten mines in southern Jiangxi, such as unreasonable deep ventilation system, complex network, serious air leakage in goaf, obvious effect of natural wind pressure and difficult ventilation management. Based on the 3 DVent simulation system and field investigation, a reasonable and feasible technical scheme was proposed to improve the ventilation effect of a tungsten mine in southern Jiangxi, with the effective air volume rate up to 69 %, the qualified rate of wind speed up to 72 %, the qualified rate of wind quality up to 93 %,and the fan efficiency up to 83 %.The optimization method provides ideas for other tungsten mines in southern Jiangxi to improve their ventilation system and ensure safe and orderly production.
