摘  要:当前电网电力系统稳定器PSS的参数整定是在励磁系统自动方式下完成的,当切换到恒无功功率附加控制后,PSS能否发挥正常的阻尼作用需要研究。将恒无功功率控制模型环扩展到Phillips-Heffron模型中,采用叠加原理的思想,逐个分析恒无功功率闭环控制中的比例P、积分I、微分D控制参数影响PSS的空间力矩矢量机理。研究表明,恒无功功率附加控制中的积分I和微分D控制参数对PSS阻尼效果影响较大,存在颠覆PSS阻尼极性的风险。结合具体案例证明了理论分析的正确性。At present,the parameter setting of a power system stabilizer(PSS)is completed in excitation system automatic mode. When switching to the supplementary constant reactive power control,it is necessary to determine whether the PSS still plays a normal damping role. In this paper,the model of constant reactive power control is extended to the Phillips-Heffron model. Based on the superposition principle,the influences of control parameters(e.g.,proportional P,integral I,and differential D)in the constant reactive power closed-loop control on the space torque vector of PSS are analyzed one by one. The research result shows that integral I and differential D have greater influences on the PSS damping effect,thus there is a risk of overturning the PSS damping polarity. In addition,the correctness of theoretical analysis is proved with the combination of a specific case study.
