摘　　要：业务持续管理(Business Continuity Management,BCM)是应对风险的一种全新管理理念。文章系统介绍了BCM产生的背景、起源和发展,在剖析BCM与灾难恢复、可持续发展等管理理念的联系与差别之后,重点从实践发展与理论研究两方面对其进行了梳理和回顾,并探讨了科技型企业的BCM应用与价值,基于文献计量分析对BCM的研究现状、热点及关键研究进展进行了评述,以期为国内开展BCM实践与研究提供借鉴。Business Continuity Management(BCM)is a new managerial philosophy for coping with risk.This paper systematically introduces the background,origin and development of BCM.After analyzing the relationship and difference among the concepts of BCM,disaster recovery and sustainable development,this paper highlights the review of BCM from practical and theoretical perspectives.Moreover,the application and benefits of BCM to scientific and technological enterprises are discussed.Based on bibliometric analysis,its current research status,hotspots and critical research progress are introduced as well.It is anticipated that this review could provide guidance for the BCM application and study in China.
