摘 要:为了高效、绿色回收废弃LCD面板中高价值的液晶成分和稀贵金属铟,需要先将LCD面板进行低温破碎,且控制温度在65℃以下,以保证液晶材料不会改性。为此,基于自行研制的LCD面板专用破碎机,研究了LCD面板破碎时温度场的分布情况与破碎工艺参数之间的关系,提出了一种简单高效、成本低、性能可靠的LCD面板低温破碎技术;确定了低温冷却方式,选择了廉价易得的冷却介质,设定了合理的冷却温度和冷却时间。试验结果表明,将LCD面板采用低温冷却、常温破碎的方法是经济可靠的,有效避免了液晶在破碎过程中因高温而改性的问题,而且可以降低成本。该技术成功用在LCD面板的破碎机上,为废弃液晶显示器的产业化回收奠定了基础,符合可持续发展的要求。In order to realize high efficiency and green recovery of high value liquid crystal and rare metal indium in waste LCD panels,the liquid crystal display panels need to be broken firstly at low temperature below 65 ℃ to ensure the liquid crystal material will not change its properties.Therefore,based on self-developed special crusher for LCD panels,the relationships between the temperature field distribution and the broken process parameters of the LCD panels were studied.A simple,efficient,low cost and reliable low temperature crushing technology was proposed for wasted LCD panels.The low temperature cooling method was determined,the cheap and easy cooling medium was selected and the reasonable cooling temperature and cooling time were set.The test results show that the method of low temperature cooling and normal temperature crushing is economical and reliable for wasted LCD panels.The problems can be avoided effectively that the liquid crystal will change its chemical properties under high temperature during crushing process,and the cost can also be saved.The technology is used in the crusher of LCD panels successfully,which lays the foundation for the industrial recovery of wasted liquid crystal displays and meets the requirements of sustainable development.
