摘  要:电化学放电加工(Electrochemical Discharge Machining,ECDM)作为一种新型特种加工方法,在加工非导电硬脆材料方面具有高柔性、低成本等诸多优势。针对电化学放电线切割加工(Wire Electrochemical Discharge Machining,WECDM)方法,在基于润湿作用的供液方式下,设计了加工回路中电流信号的采集电路,并研究了电流信号与加工状态的对应关系;搭建了基于电流反馈信号控制进给的实验平台,对石英材料进行了稳定的加工;在此基础上,探究了不同电源输入、不同电压峰值、不同进给速度以及不同控制策略等加工条件对加工性能的影响。最终,在该实验平台上实现了具有优良加工表面的微槽,槽宽低至100μm,且加工出了具有复杂形状的微型结构,验证了该反馈控制加工方法的实用性、持续性和稳定性。As anunconventional machining method,Electrochemical Discharge Machining(ECDM)has many advantages in machining non-conductive hard-brittle materials,such as no processing force and having nothing to do with material’s property.Since this method being discovered,a lot of researches have been carried out.However,it still remains in the academic circle because of its complex processing mechanism.Experiments of WECDM were carried out to explore the machining process on the three-axis positioning stage based on the liquid wetting effect.The machining statuses were studied and it’s revealed that the machining current could be monitored as the feeding back signal according to obvious difference in different statuses.Thus,a closed-loop control circuit,with current signal being the feedback signal,was built and the effects of many important subjects of processing were obtained,such as voltage,feed speed,and with different feeding strategies.At last,smaller slit width(100 μm)and better surface quality were achieved on this experiment platform.Moreover,quartz material with complex graphics can be machined stably and continually.
