摘  要:目的评估56℃30min热灭活对弓形虫IgM抗体磁微粒全自动化学发光检测的影响。方法将63例孕妇的惰性分离胶和促凝剂抗凝的血浆分为3组:(1)弓形虫IgM抗体阳性标本;(2)在弓形虫IgM抗体弱阳性(灰区)标本;(3)弓形虫IgM抗体阴性标本,对全部标本56℃30min热灭活,并用磁微粒全自动化学发光测定仪对热灭活样本前后弓形虫IgM抗体进行定量检测分析。结果弓形虫IgM抗体阳性标本定量结果显著降低,弱阳性(灰区)标本结果显著降低并变为阴性,阴性标本检测值显著降低但仍为阴性结果。结论56℃30min热灭活显著降低弓形虫IgM抗体样品磁微粒全自动化学发光检测结果,在弓形虫IgM抗体日常检测过程中应避免样本的56℃30min热灭活处理过程。Objective This study is to evaluate the effect of 56 ℃ 30 min thermal inactivation on the results of IgM antibodies of toxoplasma gondii. Methods The 63 pregnant women’s plasma were divided into three groups, including the positive specimens of toxoplasma gondii IgM antibody, the weak positive ( gray area) specimens of Toxoplasma gondii IgM antibody, and the IgM antibody negative specimens of toxoplasma gondii. The IgM antibody of toxoplasma gondii was then quantified by magnetic particle automatic chemiluminescence analyzer after the 56 ℃ 30 min thermal inactivation. Results The quantitative results of positive samples of the IgM antibody of toxoplasma gondii significantly decreased, and the results of weak positive ( grey area) samples decreased significantly and became negative. The negative samples were still negative. Conclusion Thermal inactivation at 56 ℃ 30 min significantly reduced the results of IgM antibody of toxoplasma gondii, and this thermal inactivation process should be avoided in the routine detection of IgM antibody test of toxoplasma gondii.
