摘　　要：根据教育部新工科建设相关文件指导,学生的专业实践能力是成为合格应用型人才的保障。本文结合独立学院总体发展水平和办学定位,对加强电工电子工程实验实践的教学工作进行探索研究,提出了培养应用型人才的实验实践教学体系建设和改革的方案,促进学生的实践能力和创新意识的提高,适应地方经济社会发展的需求。According to the guidance of new engineering construction documents issued by the ministry of education, students' pro-fessional practice ability is the guarantee for them to become qualified application-oriented talents. Based on the overall develop-ment level and school-running orientation of the independent college, this paper explores and studies the teaching work of strength-ening the experiment and practice of electrical and electronic engineering, and puts forward the construction and reform plan of the experiment and practice teaching system for cultivating application-oriented talents, so as to promote the improvement of students' practice ability and innovation consciousness. This can meet the needs of local economic and social development.
