摘 要:将不同类型化控类物质保护酶SOD、钙化合物、渗透调节物质、脯氨酸等作用于水稻上进行耐冷性筛选试验,通过降低空瘪粒、提高结实率来提高水稻产量。结果表明:应用各种抗寒化控物质在水稻孕穗期喷施对水稻安全。益普90 g/667 m^2、芸苔素4 000倍液、爱密挺10 ml/hm^2、15 ml/hm^2的处理结实率高于空白对照且均高于2%以上。大多数处理产量高于空白对照,产量最高的是益普90 g/667 m^2的处理,为429.27 g/m^2。Different types of class of gasification control materials, such as protective enzymes sod, calcium compounds, osmotic adjustment substance, proline,were applied to rice for cold resistance screening test. The yield of rice was increased by reducing shrunken grain and increasing seed setting rate. The results showed that it was safe to spray various cold-resistant chemical control substances on rice at booting stage. The setting rate of Yipu 90 g/667 m2, 4 000-fold solution of brassinnolide, EMTC 10 ml/hm2, EMTC 15 ml/hm^2 was higher than that of blank control, and all of them were above 2%. The yield of most treatments was higher than that of the blank control, and the treatment with the highest yield was Yipu 90 g/667 m^2, which was 429.27 g/m^2.
