摘  要:以7A09超高强铝合金为基体,采用超音速火焰喷涂技术(HVAF)将WC粉末喷涂在基材表面,对不同喷距制备的涂层的结合强度,物相组成,微观形貌进行研究。结果表明,不同喷涂制备的涂层结合强度均较好,物相组成差异不明显,喷距在180 mm时孔隙率较低,显微硬度较高。Coating was prepared by spraying WC powder on 7 A09 high strength aluminum alloy surface by high-velocity-air-fuel( HVAF)technique.The bonding strength,phase composition and microstructure of the coatings prepared with different spraying distances were investigated.The results show that the bonding strength of the coatings prepared by different spraying is good,the phase composition difference of the coatings is not obvious,the porosity is lower and the microhardness is higher at the spraying distance of 180 mm.
