摘  要:针对可控气氛箱式多用炉RM-1500-JS的调试现场情况,对于20CrMnTiH钢驱动轴进行工艺试验时发现驱动轴轴向畸变较大,达到0. 095~0. 098 mm。通过优化工艺参数,调整产品摆料方式,增大搅拌风扇直径提高了产品的工艺性能,使驱动轴产品的马氏体达到2级,残留奥氏体2级,碳化物1级,心部铁素体2级,轴向变形量为0. 035~0. 040 mm,符合产品的技术要求。According to new controllable atmosphere box type multipurpose furnace of RM-1500-JS,20 CrMnTiH steel driving shaft was tested and it is found that the axial distortion of the driving shaft after heat treatment is often too larger and reaches to 0.095-0.098 mm.Then the sever distortion of the driving can be solved by optimizing the heat treatment process parameters,improving the parts layout way and enlarging the agitating fan diameter.After treated by such improved process,the martensite,retained austenite,carbide and the core ferrite of the drive axle products are rated of Grade 2,Grade 2,Grade 1 and Grade 2,respetively;and the axial deformation is 0.035-0.040 mm,which meets the technical requirements of the products.
