摘　　要：1930年代杨振声担任国立青岛大学校长时期,以跻身国内一流大学为目标,从战略高度定位图书馆在学校发展中的地位,高度重视学校图书馆制度建设,对图书购置进行经费倾斜,辩证看待藏书的量与质的关系,注重在藏书特色上下功夫,创办《国立青岛大学周刊》"图书馆增刊"专栏,使国立青岛大学图书馆在发展理念、制度建设、藏书规模及服务规范等方面形成了鲜明特色,可为今日高校图书馆的建设提供一种视角和思路。In the 1930s, Yang Zhensheng served as president of National Qingdao University. He set the goal of being one of the top universities in China, and determined library’s strategic position in the university development. The library paid close attention to the system building, creased book acquisition fund, balanced relationship between quality and quantity of collections, focused on featured collections,and founded " Library Supplement " Column of National Qingdao University Weekly. National Qingdao University Library had finally formed distinctive features in development idea, system building, collection and service specifications, which could provide a perspective and thought for university library construction today.
