专业儿童阅读推广人才培养的新路径

摘　　要：文章指出儿童阅读推广的必要性,提出培养学前教育专业学生成为专业儿童阅读推广人才的可行性。高校图书馆应结合市场与学科建设需求,对学前教育专业学生进行阅读推广人才培养,制定人才培养方案、课程设置、实践内容;以人才培养团队建设、资源保障和实践平台搭建为路径,全程参与人才培养的教学、实践与考评环节,把控人才培养质量,开启专业儿童阅读推广人才培养的先河。It is necessary to promote children reading, and it is practicable cultivating pre-school education majors to be children reading promotion professionals. Combined with the demands of market and discipline construction, university libraries would start the cultivation of children reading promotion professionals through the following steps: developing plans, curriculum and practicing content, involving with all aspects of teaching, practice and evaluation to control the cultivation result based on team establishment, resource guarantee and practice plaform building.
