消浊化石汤治疗肾结石的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨消浊化石汤治疗肾结石的临床疗效。方法:纳入66例肾结石患者,采用消浊化石汤治疗8周。比较治疗前后患者结石截面积大小变化;观察主要症状改善情况,并综合判定临床疗效。结果:①辅助检查观察治疗前后结石截面积,结果显示患者在治疗后较治疗前平均结石截面积由(0.42±0.43)cm^2缩小到(0.31±0.44)cm^2,治疗前后差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);②患者治疗后的综合疗效判定总有效率达77.3%;③对患者治疗前后的主要症状进行观察,患者治疗后症状好转及痊愈情况较为显著。结论:消浊化石汤治疗肾结石效果显著,能提高治疗总有效率,有效缩小结石截面积,改善患者临床症状,具有较好的临床推广应用价值。Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of Xiaozhuo Huashi Decoction in the treatment of renal calculus. Methods:66 patients with renal calculus were included, and treated with Xiaozhuo Huashi Decoction for 8 weeks. The changes on the sectional area of calculus were compared before and after treatment, the improvement of main symptoms was observed and the clinical efficacy was evaluated comprehensively. Results:①The sectional area of calculus was observed by auxiliary examination. The results showed that the average sectional area of calculus was(0.42±0.43)cm^2 before treatment, and was(0.31±0.44)cm^2 after treatment, with statistically significant difference(P<0.01).②After treatment, by the comprehensive evaluation, the total effective rate was 77.3%.③The main symptoms of patients were observed before and after medication, and the symptoms were improved and recovered significantly after treatment. Conclusion:Xiaozhuo Huashi Decoction shows significant efficacy in the treatment of renal calculus. It can enhance the overall efficacy, effectively reduce the sectional area of calculus, and improve the clinical symptoms, which is worthy of clinical application.
