摘 要:中药经皮给药属于中医外治法范畴,也是中药给药系统的重要组成部分。随着药物制剂新剂型和新技术的不断发展,被动和主动促透技术在中药经皮给药领域已实现较为广泛的应用,前者如凝胶贴膏、微乳、柔性脂质体等,后者包括微针、离子导入、超声导入等。两种技术相结合或可进一步提高药物经皮吸收的效率,扩大经皮给药的药物适用范围。促透技术能够显著提高中药成分的溶解度,促进中药的经皮吸收,同时增强疗效和患者顺应性。Transdermal delivery of Chinese medicine, which belongs to the category of external treatment of Chinese medicine, is an important branch of delivery systems of Chinese medicine. With the rapid development in new dosage forms and technologies, passive(cataplasm, microemulsion and flexible liposomes) and active(microneedles, iontophoresis and sonophoresis) skin penetration enhancement techniques have been widely applied in the field of transdermal delivery of Chinese medicine. With the application of skin penetration enhancement techniques, the solubility of active ingredients from Chinese medicine could be significantly increased, and the skin penetration of Chinese medicine could be facilitated. Meanwhile, better therapeutic effects and good patient compliance might be seen. The scope of drugs for transdermal delivery might be broadened by further improving the efficiency of drug transdermal absorption, when the passive and active skin penetration enhancement techniques are combined.
