摘 要:堤后式排涝泵站多采用压力出水箱涵作为其出水结构,多机组泵站的压力箱涵常做成汇水结构,通道数一般少于机组数,致使箱涵内各通道和其出口流速分布不均,易形成不良流态。结合物理模型试验采用CFX软件进行数值模拟,并通过在压力出水箱涵内隔墩上开孔的措施来改善压力出水箱涵内及其出口水流流态。结果表明,在压力出水箱涵内隔墩上开孔能均匀分配各通道流量,有效减小箱涵出口处流速不均匀度,改善出口流态,防止箱涵出口河床被冲刷,提高泵站安全稳定性。如将开孔处与水流垂直接触面制作成流线型结构有利于开孔处水流的平稳流动,减小开孔处水流流动产生的水头损失。The drainage pump station of the embankment usually adopts the pressurized effluent tank culvert as its outlet passage. The number of channels of the confluence pressurized effluent tank culvert after the multi-unit pumping station is generally less than the number of units, and each channel in the tank culvert and its outlet flow rate is unevenly distributed, and it is easy to form a bad flow state in the pressurized effluent tank culvert. In this paper, the CFX software is used in combination with the physical model test for numerical simulation. The pressurized effluent tank culvert and its outlet flow state are improved by the measures of opening the pier inside the pressurized effluent tank culvert. The results show that the opening in the pressurized effluent tank culvert can evenly distribute the flow of each flow channel, effectively reduce the inhomogeneity of flow velocity distribution at the outlet of the tank culvert, improve the outlet flow state, prevent the outlet of tank culvert riverbed being eroded, and improves the safety and stability of the pumping station. Making the vertical contact surface of the opening in contact with water flow into streamlined structure can conducive to the smooth flow of water at the opening,and reducing the head loss caused by the flow of water at the opening.
