摘　　要：文章以悠游堂设计为线索表述了一种改造类建筑的设计模式,即当项目功能设置、流线、使用舒适性等"理性"需求与空间、景观等资源在匹配关系上出现矛盾时,通过资源重组让两方面同时成立的一种设计方式。文章认为该模式能够充分挖掘资源潜力,并在获得特征性感知体验的前提下,表达出建筑的具体性及当代性。This article introduces a design model of architectural renovation in the light of the design of the Meandering Hall. When rational demands such as programming, circulation, and comfortability, don’t unmatch with the allocation of spatial and scenery resources, this model fulfills both sides by means of reorganization of resources. According to this article,by exploiting the potentiality of resources and acquiring experiential and perceptional features, this design method can reveal the concreteness and contemporaneity of architecture.
