摘 要:随着经济全球化的发展和信息化时代的到来,知识已经成为企业竞争力的基础,为提高制造型企业竞争力,本文以知识为核心,对企业竞争力的演化,知识对企业竞争力、企业绩效的影响进行了研究。以制造企业为研究对象,提出一种基于规范的企业竞争力演化模型。首先构建基于能力的企业竞争力概念模型,其次设计Agent内部模型,并利用合同网协议设计了模型的协作机制,来构建仿真总体模型。应用Swarm仿真工具对一个实际应用案例进行仿真研究,仿真结果验证了模型的有效性,并表明随着企业规范的正向改变企业竞争力随之增强,对企业绩效也有正向显著的影响作用。企业竞争力演化的过程是企业不断进行知识学习的过程。With the development of economic globalization and the arrival of the information age, knowledge has become the key to enhance the competitiveness of all enterprises. In order to improve the competitiveness of manufacturing enterprises, this paper, based on knowledge, studies the evolution law of enterprise competitiveness, the influence of knowledge on enterprise competitiveness and enterprise performance. A normative enterprise competitiveness evolution model is proposed by taking manufacturing enterprises as the research object. Firstly, the concept model of competency-based enterprise competitiveness is constructed;secondly, the Agent internal model is designed and the cooperation mechanism of the model is designed by using contract network protocol to build the overall simulation model. Swarm simulation tool was applied to conduct a simulation study of an actual application case. The simulation results verified the effectiveness of the model and showed that the enterprises' competitiveness would be enhanced with the positive change of enterprise norms which may also lead to a significant positive impact on enterprise performance. The evolution of enterprise competitiveness is a process of continuous knowledge learning.
