中心城市与周边城市发展的关联性研究——以环成都经济圈为例

摘　　要：21世纪以来,全球城市在发展进程中实现了三个突破,即突破单体运营、突破地缘关系和突.破合作领域。城市之间的强纽带关系使得关联性分析成为制定城市规划的必不可少的依据。本文以环成都经济圈为研究对象,从经济总量、旅游、开放和第二产业四个方面,对中心城市成都与周边7个城市的关联度进行了量化分析。研究结果显示,根据关联度可以把7个城市划分为三层:第一层是资阳、眉山和雅安;第二层是德阳;第三层是绵阳、遂宁和乐山。结合工业化进程和产业结构分层特点,环成都经济圈7个城市应优先发展关联度强的城市(如资阳、眉山、雅安),提升环区城市的能级而非层级,同步加减法促进中心城市高配,强化中心城市成都与环区城市的分工与协作。Since the 21 st century,three breakthroughs have been achieved in the development process of global cities,namely,breakthroughs in single operation,geographic relationship and cooperation field.The strong ties among cities make the correlation analysis an indispensable basis for urban planning.This paper takes the economic circle around chengdu as the research object and analyzes the degrees of relations between Chengdu and seven cities around Chengdu economic circle from four aspects of economic aggregate,tourism,openness and secondary industry.According to the research,seven cities can be divided into three layers: the first layer includes Ziyang,Meishan and Ya'an;the second layer includes Deyang;the third layer includes Mianyang,Suining and Leshan.Then,this paper puts forward the development strategy,meaning giving priority to the development of cities around Chengdu with strong relational degree,improving the energy level,promoting the high configuration of the core cities by synchronous addition and subtraction,as well as strengthening the division and cooperation between Chengdu and the cities around Chengdu.
