清代官府往来文书的装叙结构分析——以《葆亨咨文》为例

摘　　要：结合学界关于古代公文装叙结构的研究成果,以光绪元年福建布政使葆亨的一篇咨文为例,对清代官府往来文书的装叙结构进行详细解析,研究认为,这种传统的公文风格是当时条件下为解决在层层转达的过程中信息遗漏或失真等问题形成的,也在客观上为今人在历史档案缺失不全的情况下,通过一件档案还原全案的基本情况、了解其行政过程提供了便利。Combining the academic research achievements on the Zhuangxu structure of ancient official documents, this paper takes a document written by Bao Heng as the Commissioner of Fujian in the first year of Guangxu as an example, makes an analysis of the Zhuangxu structure of official documents in the Qing IJynasty. And believe that this traditional official document style was formed under the conditions of the time to solve the problem of information omission or distortion in the process of layer-by-layer transmission, it is also objectively convenient for today's people to restore the basic situation of the case and understand its administrative process through a file in the case of a lack of historical archives.
