摘　　要：中央秘书处的成立与发展推动了中共文书、档案工作的演变。即通过以专业化分工为突破口,促进文书、档案工作专业属性的提升,并最终完成二者的分置;同时也促进了秘书工作的规范化。这一演变满足了社会对于文书、档案工作日常服务功能的需求。同时,其也面临着目标模式与发展路径再建构的任务,从而实现与社会主体间的合作互动与共同发展。The establishment and development of the Central Secretariat has promoted the evolution of the CCP s instruments and archives. The specific way is to promote the professional attributes of documents and archives through the specialization of labor division, and complete the separation. At the same time, it also promoted the standardization of secretarial work. This evolution satisfies the society's need for the daily service functions of documents and archives. The documents and archives work also needs to complete the re-construction of the target model and development path, thus promoting cooperation and common development between themselves and social subjects.
