摘　　要：《中华人民共和国公共图书馆法》实施后,图书馆馆员伦理研究在国内迎来了新热潮。文章运用文献调查法,在法理视角下,梳理国内外图书馆职业伦理的发展脉络,比较异同点,归纳馆员伦理重塑和回归的关键性要素。以期给图书馆的建设提供人文指导,并给其它行业的伦理文化构建提供借鉴。Since the enforcement of the Public Library Law of the People’s Republic of China,library ethics have inspired a new wave of research.By literature survey and analysis,the paper sorts out the development of library professional ethics at home and abroad,offers a comparison of the similarities and differences between them,and summarizes the key factors of library ethic rebuilding and returning from view of law,aiming at providing humanistic guidance for the construction of libraries and reference for the construction of ethical culture in other fields.
