京津冀异地养老的认知困境与探索

摘　　要：京津冀异地养老服务是实现京津冀协同发展的目标之一。这种特殊的异地养老服务需求具有内在动力,得到了三地政府的政策支持,但实地调查表明,在了解与认知方面仍然存在着一系列亟待研究和解决的制约因素。为此,需要进一步完善京津冀三地政府间合作方案、提高异地养老服务认知度、提升服务质量,并在提供多元化服务方面提出解决对策。The out-of-town old-age care service is one of the goals of the cooperative development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei. This paper focuses on the internal driving force and policy support of this kind of special out-of-town old-age service demand, and analyzes the constraints it faces on the basis of field investigation. This paper puts forward some suggestions on how to further improve the cooperation plan between Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, improve the cognition of the service, improve the service quality and provide diversified service.
