历史文化价值导向下的盐官古镇保护策略研究

摘　　要：历史文化价值是历史城镇的文化精髓,深入挖掘历史文化内涵、评估历史文化价值是编制历史城镇保护规划的前提和基础。本文通过对浙江省海宁市盐官古镇海潮文化、营城文化、名人文化和海盐文化四个方面价值的研究和文化遗存的挖掘,系统地论述了盐官古镇的重要历史地位和格局风貌特色,并从维护自然历史环境、突出区域线性文化遗产、彰显古镇特色格局、延续传统风貌、保护文物古迹和传承优秀传统文化六个方面制定了具有系统性和针对性的保护规划策略,以更好地保护盐官古镇,传承历史文脉。History culture value is the essence of historic towns. The prerequisite and foundation of compiling the conservation planning of historic towns are the thorough exploitation of historical and cultural connotation and estimating the history culture value. This paper systematically illustrates the significance of the historical status of Yanguan Ancient Town and its succession of tradition from the studies and excavation of four aspects, which are the culture of defending and viewing the tide, the culture of the city construction, the culture of celebrities and also the culture of sea salt making. Meanwhile, this paper also drafts systematic and individualized conservation strategy from six perspectives, namely, maintaining the natural historical surrounding, highlighting regional linear cultural heritage, presenting the unique layout of the old town, lasting the traditional features, preserving historic monuments, and carrying on the fine traditions and cultures, with a purpose to better protect Yanguan Ancient Town, carrying on veins of history.
