基于数据挖掘的针药结合治疗卵巢早衰的临床规律

摘　　要：目的运用数据挖掘技术,分析出针药结合治疗卵巢早衰的选穴用药规律。方法收集针药结合治疗卵巢早衰的文献,建立Excel表并做频次分析,采用数据分析软件Clementine12.0及SPSS22.0分别进行关联规则分析及聚类分析。结果使用频率最高的腧穴和药物分别为三阴交、熟地黄;常用足太阳膀胱经、任脉腧穴;关联规则分析显示腧穴与药物相关性最高的是熟地黄-山药-三阴交;聚类分析得出核心腧穴与药物有效聚类群10个。结论针药结合治疗卵巢早衰紧扣肾虚为本之病因病机,调补肾肝脾并重视充养冲任气血、活血化瘀。Objective To use the data mining technique, summarize the rule of acupuncture points and traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)combination therapy for the treatment of premature ovarian failure(POF), provide ideas for treatment combined acupuncture with TCM of POF.Methods The literatures on POF were collected, Excel tables were established and frequency analysis was performed, clementine12.0 and SPSS22.0 was respectively used for association rule analysis and cluster analysis.Results The highest frequency acupoints and Chinese medicine respectively was Sanyinjiao(SP6)point and Rehmannia glutinosa. The most commonly used meridians were the bladder meridian and the Ren meridian. Association rules analysis showed that the correlation between acupoints and TCM was the highest Rehmannia glutinosa-yam-sanyinjiao(SP6).Conclusions Kidney deficiency is the cause and pathogenesis of POF. The kidney, liver and spleen should be regulated, to fill qi and blood, promote blood circulation and remove stasis.
