摘 要:在变电站内对量测数据进行源端分析和处理,是提高电网数据准确性的有效解决方案。本文研究并设计实了变电站双重状态估计功能,充分利用站内多源冗余数据和面向开关网络模型,首先基于不确定性推理实现对断路器位置和刀闸位置等开关量信息的状态估计,然后在此基础上,对估计后的开关量建立伪量测方程,同模拟量量测方程一同进行广义状态估计,从而对开关量和模拟量进行同步估计和辨识,变电站双重状态估计的结果经筛选后通过广域服务总线上送主站。实验结果表明,该方法能快速准确地辨识出多个不良数据和拓扑错误同时存在的复杂错误情况。Source analysis and processing of measurement data in substations is an effective solution to improve the accuracy of power grid data.The substation dual state estimation is designed,which makes full use of the redundant multi-source data in substation and switch-oriented network model.Firstly,the switch state estimation based on uncertainty reasoning is executed to identify digital data,such as the circuit breaker position and the disconnector position.On this basis,the pseudo-measurement equations of digital data are established.The generalized state estimation is carried out using those pseudomeasurement equations together with the analog measurement equations to estimate and identify the digital and analog data synchronously.The results of the dual state estimation are filtered and sent to the control center through the wide service bus.Experimental results show that the proposed method can quickly and accurately identify bad data even in case of multiple analog bad data and topology errors.
