玻璃酸钠联合曲安奈德治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的疗效研究

摘　　要：目的探讨玻璃酸钠与曲安奈德联合治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法选取2017年5月~2018年7月期间我院收治的膝关节骨性关节炎患者82例,随机数字表法将患者分为观察组与对照组,每组41例。对照组患者接受玻璃酸钠治疗,观察组患者在此基础上联合曲安奈德治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组VAS评分、Lysholm评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率为95.12%,高于对照组的78.05%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论玻璃酸钠联合曲安奈德治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的疗效显著,可有效缓解患者疼痛程度,改善膝关节功能,促进患者尽快康复。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of sodium hyaluronate combined with triamcinolone acetonide in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis. Methods Eighty-two patients with knee osteoarthritis admitted to our hospital from May 2017 to July 2018 were enrolled. The patients were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with41 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with sodium hyaluronate,and the patients in the observation group were treated with triamcinolone acetonide. Compare the effects of the two groups. Results After treatment,the VAS score and Lysholm score of the observation group were superior to the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.12%,which was higher than that of the control group(78.05%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Sodium hyaluronate combined with triamcinolone acetonide is effective in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis,which can effectively alleviate the pain level,improve knee function and promote the recovery of patients as soon as possible.
