摘　　要：[目的/意义]比较分析中国与欧洲高端智库网站的特色,旨在加强国内智库网站建设和扩大智库影响力。[方法/过程]采用定性与定量相结合的研究方法,以9家中国和14家欧洲高端智库网站为样本,运用链接分析法并使用灰色关联分析对收集的网站链接数据进行综合排序,比较中国和欧洲高端智库网站的网站形式与资源等。[结果/结论]国内智库网站需更新网页设计理念、注重时效性、重视外文网页、增加共享平台和提供个性化服务等建设,扩大国内高端智库的影响力和国际化程度。[Purpose/Significance]This paper compares and analyses the characteristics of top think tank websites in China and Europe, aiming at strengthening the construction of domestic think tank websites and expanding the influence of Chinese think tanks.[Method/Process]Using qualitative and quantitative research methods, taking 9 top think tank websites in China and 14 in Europe as samples, using link analysis method and grey relational analysis, this paper comprehensively ranks the collected link data of websites, and compares the website forms and resources of top think tank websites in China and Europe.[Result/Conclusion]Chinese top think tanks websites need to update the concept of webpage design, pay attention to timeliness and foreign webpages, increase the sharing platform and provide personalized services to expand the influence and internationalization of Chinese think tanks.
