摘 要:研究了二硫化四苄基秋兰姆(TBzTD)/硫黄硫化体系对V带压缩胶硫化性能、力学性能、耐老化性能、动态力学性能及应力软化状态的影响。结果表明,随着TBzTD用量的增加、硫黄用量的减少,V带压缩胶的焦烧时间变化不大,正硫化时间有所延长,最大转矩与最小转矩之差略有下降;老化前V带压缩硫化胶的拉伸强度、扯断伸长率、定伸应力、邵尔A硬度变化不大,经过100℃、24 h老化后,胶料的力学性能保持率有所提高;硫化胶的损耗因子先降低后升高,并且温度越高,损耗因子越小,随着老化时间的延长,损耗因子的增加速率减慢;硫化胶达到相同应变时的压缩应力略有下降,反复压缩应力软化效应减弱。The effects of tetrabenzyl thiuram disulfide(TBzTD)/sulfur curing system on vulcanizability, mechanical properties, aging resistance, dynamic mechanical properties and stress softening state of V-belt compression rubber were investigated. The results showed that optimum curing time was elongated whereas the scorch time changed little, the difference between the highest and lowest torques declined slightly as increment of TBzTD and reduction of sulfur. There were no significant improvement of the tensile strength, elongation at break, modulus and Shore A hardness whereas the mechanical properties retention was promoted after 100 ℃ and 24 h aging. Meanwhile, the loss factor of vulcanizate decreased first and then increased, and the higher the temperature, the smaller the loss factor. With the increase of aging time, the increa- sing rate of the loss factor slowed down. When the vulcanizate reached the same strain, the compressive stress decreased slightly and the softening effect of repeated compression stress weakened.
