摘 要:主机超负荷运转会降低轴承使用寿命,利用光纤传感器开发扭矩检测系统。设计 STM32 的扭矩测量系统,选择呈 45°和 135°的光纤传感器读取光纤信号,设计转速检测电路和光纤传感器信号调理电路,编写传感器数据采集和扭矩计算程序,利用扭矩平台验证检测系统。实验结果显示波长和转速识别精度分别为0.01mm和1r/min,恒扭矩检测的相对误差在1.6%以内。结果表明该扭矩检测系统能够满足应用需求。The overload transfer of the main engine reduces the service life of the bearing, and develops the torque detection system with optical fiber sensors. The torque measurement system of STM32 was designed. Optical fiber signals were read from 45 degrees and 135 degrees fiber sensors. The speed detection circuit and fiber sensor signal conditioning circuit were designed. The sensor data acquisition and torque calculation program were written. The torque platform was used to verify the detection system. The experimental results show that the recognition accuracy of wavelength and speed is 0.01 mm and 1 r/min respectively, and the relative error of constant torque detection is less than 1.6%. The results show that the torque detection system can meet the application requirements.
